However, the heat produced is not uniform over the entire length of the screw, but is concentrated mainly in the final section where the plasticisation of the material being processed takes place.<\/p><p>The new way of designing and constructing the screw is to reduce the overheating of the screw in the areas where this phenomenon is more visible by activating a spontaneous heat exchange.<\/p><p>Heat exchange takes place autonomously, without the need for external help.
