1. This system can be used to calibrate small diameter pipes made of various types of material for use in the pneumatic, food, medical and similar sectors.
  2. This new calibration system goes beyond the current state of the art and allows you to view and control parameters that have never been taken into account before.
  3. It can be applied to all calibration tanks that currently use a vacuum and a calibrator. This new calibration system applied to existing tanks allows the vacuum used to be gradually reduced until it is completely eliminated.
  4. This means that calibration can be carried out at atmospheric pressure and without the use of a vacuum or a calibrator.
  5. The work to be carried out will make it possible to implement a major technological upgrade. It can be carried out step by step, following a work plan and a succession of operational phases established in advance.
  6. By reducing the vacuum until it is completely eliminated and controlling other parameters that have never been taken into account before, this new system significantly reduces dimensional changes and stresses within the material and also makes it easier to carry out calibration.
  7. It allows higher production speeds compared to those achievable with the traditional calibration systems currently used.
  8. This new system does not eliminate current knowledge and experience but deepens it to overcome the current limitations associated with calibration.
