11. Screw with continuous flow restoration

This type of screw is designed for the single-screw extruder. It provides maximum performance in combination with a special type of cylinder, specially designed and manufactured.

In different ways for each zone and over the entire length of the screw, the distinctive movement of the helix divides and then recreates the flow of the processed material with an additional mixing function.

This design and construction concept works optimally by adopting the solutions associated with energy-saving extrusion and the adaptive temperature control system.

This type of screw works optimally at higher speeds than conventional screws. Therefore, it is suitable for extruders without reducer and with direct screw drive.
